Denise Bain graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies, and she decided to continue on at CLU to receive her multiple subject teaching credential. Mrs. Bain received her Master's in Educational Leadership through the American College of Education. She previously worked at Mates as a substitute teacher, as well a one-on-one aide. This is Mrs. Bain’s ninth year as a fourth grade teacher at Mates, and she is looking forward to working with the wonderful students, parents, and staff that this school is comprised of. In her spare time, Mrs. Bain loves traveling, spending time relaxing at the spa, shopping, and enjoying quality time with her friends and family. She has two daughters, Kaylee (3) and Aubree (1). Mrs. Bain can’t wait to collaborate, learn, and grow with her students throughout the school year.
