Kendal Baker graduated from University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology. After a few years of working, she realized her love of teaching. She attended California State University Northridge, where she completed her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Shortly after, she began her career as a physical education teacher at Peach Hill Academy in Moorpark. In pursuit of becoming a full time teacher, she attained a position as a Computer, Art, and ELD Specialist at Aspen Elementary. Kendal loves being a part of the M.A.T.E.S team and teaching first grade. She lives in Thousand Oaks with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
