Kristi Klingerman graduated from California State University, Chico with a BA in Journalism and Public Relations. After that, she continued her education and earned her Teaching Credential from Cal State Northridge. Upon completion of her credential, Kristi spent the next 11 years teaching grades 2 through 5 for the Hueneme School District. In 2005, she earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from CSUN.
In between her teaching career, Kristi took a few years off from teaching to have her children and be a stay at home mom. She has two boys; Jacob and Lucas. In her free time, Kristi enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and enjoying the sun. Ms. Klingerman is thrilled to be a part of the MATES staff and looks forward to another great year!
