Be on the look out for any email or file that is a .zip or .rar file type and any program that is called CryptoHost.exe or Processor.exe.  This link gives a little more info on the problem.

If you do happen to click on any of these turn off your computer as quickly as possible and consult an expert to retrieve your data before it all gets encrypted.
