Field Trip Channel Islands Drivers

Hello Parents,
I just want to confirm the drivers that have volunteered for the field trip.
Please check the list to make sure it is correct. If I need to make a change please send an email to me. We have a lot of drivers, thank you, if any of you would like to ride with another parent I can make sure your children are with you so we don't have so many vehicles going.
Thank you,
Mrs. Dingman

QR code app for phone

Hello Parents,
You will need an app that reads QR codes for Open House tonight. Your child is very excited to show you what they have been doing in class. Thank you for all of your support!

Here is a photo of the students with their Mr. Softee ice cream cone.  What a great experience for the students. They loved the story of how he started his business.  If you are ever in Old Town Camarillo visit Mr. Softee's ice cream shop.

Mr. Softee at school tomorrow

Hello Parents,
We are nearing the end of our Economics unit. During this unit the students have created their own business, filmed a commercial, created a prototype, logo, slogan, business cards, an ad, products and posters. It has been wonderful and the students have had so much fun. Tomorrow, Tuesday, Mr. Softee, an icecream food truck, will be coming to see our second graders and talk about his business. Also, the students will receive a small soft serve ice cream cone (no money needed from students). Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would rather your child not have the ice cream because of allergies.
Thank you,
Mrs. Dingman
